Through this privacy statement, Racletta aims to inform you about the collection and processing of your personal data with regard to all services provided by Racletta and, in general, to all activities it performs. Personal Data Being Processed
Racletta may process personal data about you because you use Racletta’s services and/or because you provide this data yourself when filling out a contact form or making a purchase on the website.

Why Racletta Needs Data
Racletta processes your personal data in order to contact you by telephone or email when requested, and/or to contact you in writing (by email and/or post) if you cannot be reached by telephone.
Additionally, Racletta may process your personal data in the context of performing an agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of technological and commercial services. Furthermore, Racletta may process your personal data in the context of accounting, customer management, supplier/subcontractor management, personnel management and payroll, public relations, and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information and newsletters.
The legal grounds for processing are the performance of the contract, compliance with legal and/or regulatory obligations, and/or our legitimate interest.
How Long Racletta Stores Data
Racletta does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be retained for longer than one year if no agreement is reached with you.

Racletta only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Website Visit Tracking
General visitor data is collected on Racletta’s website, including your computer’s IP address, the time of request, and data sent by your browser. This information is used for analyzing visitor and click behavior on the website in order to improve its performance. Data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.
Google Analytics
Racletta uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective Racletta’s Google AdWords advertisements are on Google’s search results pages. The information generated, including your computer’s IP address, is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Please read Google’s Privacy Policy for more information. Google may provide this information to third parties if legally required, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Racletta has no influence over this. Racletta has not granted Google permission to use analytics information obtained via Racletta for other Google services.
Access, Rectification, or Erasure of Data
In accordance with Belgian privacy legislation and the provisions of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: you have the right to obtain free access to your data and to know how it is being used.
- Right to rectification: you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data, as well as to complete incomplete personal data.

We may refuse deletion or restriction of data that is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to perform the agreement, or for our legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability: you have the right to obtain the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you may transfer this data to another controller.
- Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on serious and legitimate grounds. Please note, however, that you cannot object to the processing of data necessary for compliance with legal obligations, contract performance, or our legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent: if processing is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such data will then only be processed if another legal basis exists.
- Automated decision-making and profiling: we confirm that the processing of personal data does not include profiling and that you are not subject to fully automated decisions.

Racletta takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized changes. The Racletta website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
In no event shall Racletta be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the unlawful or improper use of personal data by a third party.
